Another friend set up the modlist and we joined off them, so I couldn't tell you. It was a very lightweight list, and the big two mods I remember were one adding cordyceps and another for butchering corpses. The rest were your standard quality of life, optimization, and miscellaneous trait mods. If I can find the specific modlist, I'll let you know. Zombie hearing and persistence were turned way up, which is where the large hording behavior comes from, but those are base Zomboid options.
